Resident Engineers - Sealing Systems (m/f)

For our branch in Sweden, Rucker Nord AB, we are looking for several resident engineers. Responsibiliies: Development and project management for new vehicle products for the European and or American market Drive implementation of solutions according process Drive resolution progress incl coordinationg and integrating tasks within the multifunctional team Point of contact, representative and interface for the the supplier onsite at customer Ensure communcation / logistics between all affected departements and locations Define and agree on solutions for design, quality issues to meet program deliverables (performance, cost, weight, quality, timing) Qulifications: Engineering degree (BA, MSc or equivalent) At least two years of relevant experience in BIW; doors, closures and sealing sytem design engineering within automotive industry (OEM; supplier) Creativitiy, innovative approach, flexibility, driven for results Good communication skills, able to work in a team Fluent English language skills, fluent german language skills, shwedish is advantageous Relevant soft skills to work in a multicultural environment Willing and able to travel
