On behalf of our customer, Clockwork is now looking for a responsible purchasing assistant support the purchasing department.

The job is full-time and is a fixed-term employment that runs from 2021-11-22 to 2022-04-01. The job is located at our customers head office in Solna.

Primary tasks:
- take care of purchasing activities from our existing assistants to improve time efficiency
- support purchasing activities in the case of indirect purchases
- secure quality and control from order to delivered goods.

Qualifications:
- Has some form of experience of purchasing and purchasing processes and who understands the flow of the process and can make the right decision accordingly.
- A sense of responsibility.
- Structure and order are important.
- Training and support from existing assistents will be conducted.

Din profil
For our customer in Solna, we are now looking for a purchasing assistant, preferably with previous experience of similar work. In the role, you will, together with other purchasing assistants, check and quality assure goods from order to finished delivery. As a person, you are responsible, structured and orderly and we believe that you are social and prefere working in teams.

For this position, it is important that you speak and write fluent English
