This is the same philosophy we use for all our products, from our Swedish chicken and local organic tofu to our recyclable packaging options and organic kombucha. We ensure our poké mirrors the authentic flavors of Hawaii due to our marination method, this makes our poké so special. By pre-marinating our sushi grade fish, we are guaranteeing you a mouthful of flavor in every bite. We are always keeping up with the times and offer two different vegan proteins to match our vegan sauces.
