RFS=Request for Service The position belongs to a divison within the company that is responsible for the IT infrastructure. Accountabilities and Resposibilities - Assist the RFS Manager and the Senior RFS analysr in establishing a single global RFS Process - Ensuring that only appropriate requests are sent to External IT Service Provders through liasing with the commercial analyst, to agreed timescales. - Co-ordination of commercial and purchasing review of external IT Service Provider responses to Request For Service - Verifying the details of the Purchase Order against the values commercially approved on the RFS - Perform administartion activities on Request for Service and contarctors and liaise with contract managers as required to ensure effective operation of the RFS Process. It is desirable that you have experience in project support, co-ordination and administration across IS/IT and Request for Service processes. Knowledge of IS/IT activities. Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business langugae and vice versa. Good knowledge in Excel.
