For the development of Care by Volvo Car AB - we will strengthen the team with a Risk Analyst.

What you’ll do
The Risk Team is a key business driven function and responsible for a wide range of tasks, including risk modelling, the risk assessment process, ongoing analysis of risks and outcome and mitigating actions. This position is pan-European, will cover all major markets, and will entail responsibilities such as

* Drive analysis work within credit risk and residual value risk
* Participate in procurement of credit and residual value risk data
* Setup and run portfolio risk models and reports
* Support in calculation of reserves
* Evaluate credit risk thresholds and residual value levels
* Participating, developing and ensuring adherence to operational instructions in the risk area
* Work with continuous improvement and develop tools to improve risk decisions
* Work closely with the finance and commercial team to optimize risk and profitability

You will be a member of the Care by Volvo Risk Team. The job is located in Stockholm or HQ in Gothenburg.

Do you fit the profile?

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

* 2-4 years of experience from a similar position (e.g. risk analyst, credit analyst, residual value analyst, automotive leasing company, banking background, financial analyst)
* Bachelor's degree is required, in Business and finance or an engineering/physics degree, or any related field.
* Experience in building risk models
* Since we are starting up a new business it is important that you have an interest in building something new, not just maintaining existing processes
* Experience with reporting and presenting information and ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
* Ability and interest in dealing with large sets of data. Previous experience with SQL, or a similar query language, is a plus but not a requirement. Solid Excel skills a must have.
* Eager to learn new things
* Fluent in English, speaking and writing
