We are now looking for a Risk Management Assistant to work with us at Lantmännen, where we have business in mind and people at heart.

This is what you will do
To work at a risk management department is one of the most diverse and developing places in insurance, as you perform in various areas and deal with insurances for all lines of business and other risk related matters. When working with risk management at Lantmännen you are really in the center of things in a large corporation with many different activities. In the role as Risk Management Assistant you will support Risk Manager and Insurance Manager in handling the Group’s global insurance programs for example Property, Liability, Recall and Cargo. The administration consists of tasks like collecting and compiling renewal information, daily contact with our entities around the world, advising on different insurance matters such as providing certificates, assisting in claims handling and work proactively with loss prevention and participate in site visits. We work closely with our insurers and brokers and we also have our own insurance captive where you will support with contract management and external reporting. You will also be involved in the strategic annual Enterprise Risk Management process, with all sectors and business areas in the group.
This is what you need to succeed

You have:

-
At least 5-7 years’ experience of working with insurance, a suitable background can be from a broker firm, insurance company or a risk management function.

A relevant educational background or equivalent work experience.

-
Experience of interacting and collaborating well with various stakeholders on different levels throughout an organization, preferably in an international environment.

Strong communications skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English. Additional language skills are beneficial.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.

What we can offer
We offer working in an environment across different industries, countries, companies, and areas of expertise. You will be part of the Risk Management team of three, which is part of the larger Group Treasury & Risk Management. It is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. Some travelling is included in the position.
