Risk Manager

We are currently hiring a Risk Manager who will work cross-functionally with our entire organisation.
In this role, you report to our CFO and you are the person responsible for designing, implementing and improving the risk management strategy for our business. You help all stakeholders to find ways to reduce business risks through planning and problem-solving, using available data to make conscious decisions.

Your engagement here will include but won’t be limited to:
You will take the lead on creating risk management forums and implementing an overall risk management plan and process for our product and company.
You will be in charge of continuously assessing current and potential future risks, understanding implications and contingencies built into the decisions being made.
You will advocate and communicate the importance of risk management at all levels of the organisation, by creating awareness and training our team members on relevant policies, best practices and processes.
You will have a focus on operational risk, payments and fraud. In this role, you will not handle financial risk.
You will make sure that the risk management processes are scalable and adapted to our agile ways of working and ever growing environment.

Identifying, communicating, measuring, and managing company-wide risk
Planning and prioritising actions to mitigate identified risks
Creating a company-wide risk strategy
Ability to work both operational as well as strategic
Familiarity with agile environments
