DKR are delighted to be working with one of the worlds most innovative Engineering/Robotic Consumer electronic businesses.

Within this role you'll be supporting and reporting into the CSD (Customer Service Director). As Repair Manager you will manage the repair center partners globally, ensuring the operation run smoothly and according to agreed service levels. Key contact between internal departments and repair centers, you will drive daily business and long-term strategy. Balancing customer experience and costs, you will improve the structure and performance by designing new organization and processes. Your expertise in mechanic, electronic, software and robotics will help you understand and identify root cause issues faced by the technicians.

Requirements
The position is Work At Home, with payroll based in Ireland but your physical location can be in Europe, with a preference for Germany, Poland, Czechia or France. (must have your own EU eligiblity and able to travel unrestricted as and when required)

You ideally have an office or workbench at home, where you can store few parts and robots.
Experience in global (at least European) Operations or Customers service

Previous Quality or Manufacturing Engineering ownership
Experience with high volume consumer products, electro mechanical products preferred
Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments
Ability to manage day to day tasks, while driving improvements and reporting progress to Senior Management
Engineering Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of experience in consumer electronics to end customers
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with multiple organizations across different cultures and regions
Excellent communication skills (writing and oral) in English (must) plus another language (optional, French or German preferred)
