Role of Business Analyst/Scrum Master in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Business Analyst/Scrum Master with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Business analysis includes scope management, pre-studies, and the definition of IT-requirements at the Epic and Feature levels of the IT-solution. You will dissect Customer Journeys to determine how IT can best support our customers and business.
We are transitioning to an agile way of working, so agile methodologies such as determining the minimum viable product and establishing quick feedback loops will be critical.
You will be responsible for the continuous development of your working methods, as well as supporting and coaching your peers and stakeholders. You will be working at the ART level.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency perquisites for the applicant:
You have worked with or very close to customers and businesses in the telecom industry, such as sales, service/support, or online business.
IT development, upkeep, and operation at the ART/project or team level.
Agile requirements methodologies, processes, and tools for business analysis
4-10 years of experience is required.
