Role of Cloud Connectivity & DevOps Support Engineer | 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:
The organisation is putting together a team to help us deliver our Connected Car Platform.
You will be a part of the newly formed team and will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organisation where you will be able to contribute to the creation of an exceptional environment.
We are currently seeking a Cloud & Connectivity Support with relevant Cloud DevOps experience and a strong team player work ethic.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The following competency perquisites are required by the candidate:
Assist the 1st line customer engagement center with 2nd line support.
Log, drive, evaluate, troubleshoot, trigger actions, categorise, prioritise, and verify issues.
Within the team, the organisation, and with supplier support, coordination and communication are essential.
Using a variety of development, testing, automation, and IT infrastructure tools
Creating the necessary tools and infrastructure
Have the ability to review, verify, and validate software code on a technical level.
Techniques for troubleshooting and resolving code bugs
System availability, maintainability, and operation Capacity planning
MTTD/MTTR (mean time to detection/recovery) should be improved through systematic monitoring.
Wherever possible, encourage and build automated processes.
Management of incidents and root cause analysis
Within the team and with suppliers, coordination and communication are essential.
Choosing and deploying the right CI/CD tools
Strive for continuous improvement and create a CI/CD pipeline (continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment).
KPIs for cloud performance monitoring and measurement
Continuously perform vulnerability assessment and risk management to assist the cybersecurity team in identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures.

An on-call schedule will be included in the delivery.
As required by labour law, work may include overtime.
