We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a CRM Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
In this assignment, as a CRM project manager, you will be responsible for project management of a number of sales-driving test initiatives based on a predetermined plan for a set period of time. Email, telephone, our own digital channels, and possibly letters are used to reach out to our own customer base.
The job entails leading and driving operational work forward in these channels, such as ensuring that content and mailings are produced, as well as working with our Insight & Analysis department on continuous analysis and optimization. The goal of the test is to see if the chosen initiatives have the potential to develop profitable customer relationships.
The goal is to reduce the outflow of customers who are about to leave and to activate customers to get them to return.
Part of the job entails coordinating and synchronising with other company initiatives in collaboration with another / other Market project managers. For the project to succeed, the project manager must also be able to contribute to a cultural and behavioral shift.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Work experience in regulated operations, preferably in the financial sector is preferred.
Working experience with CRM and Marketing Automation
Extensive operational project and production management experience
Sales and marketing experience
Experienced in goal-setting and impact assessment
Confident in dealing with experts, lawyers, and other professionals during the correlation process.
Analytical ability, such as the ability to turn insights into concrete CRM efforts and ongoing optimization
Ability to translate testing efforts into how to move forward with effective processes
The candidate should have at least 5-10 years of project management experience in CRM.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or behavioural science from a university
