Role of Design/Systems Engineer | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Design Engineer, Systems Engineering with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a curious and open-minded team player with a "bring-it-on" attitude to join our agile development team and be skilled in automotive vision system design.


Your primary responsibility as a system designer will be to guide, design, define, and develop automotive camera-based vision systems, from architectural design to implementation, validation, and verification.


You will collaborate closely with other internal and external stakeholders and partners.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We believe you have 2-5 years of experience in software and system design from the automotive or other relevant sectors to be the right person for this role.
Your academic background includes a Master's degree in electronics, mechatronics, software engineering, or a related field.
You have demonstrated hands-on experience in system engineering as well as knowledge of graphical systems, including on-chips/modules, optical flow, calibration, diagnostics, classification, object detection, and sensor fusion.
We also consider it advantageous if you have market-ready products and experience in sensor development, cybersecurity and system safety standards, and automotive SW integration and deployment.
We see you as a driven, structured, and resourceful team player who can deliver the "how" and "what" in a dynamic multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
You excel at managing complexity and bringing engineers together to improve the product.
You are, of course, a good communicator with excellent skills, both verbally and in writing.
A driver's license (B, valid in the EU) is considered valuable.
