We are currently looking for an IT manager who is passionate about running and developing our customer's IT department.


We are looking for a consultant with strong drive, good analytical skills, and a willingness to contribute to development and the habit of leading change on behalf of the customer.


Our client is a market leader in the graphic arts industry. They are transitioning from a production focus with a variety of printed matter to more comprehensive communication solutions.


The responsibilities will be as follows:
In charge of the staff and the budget.
Projects and activities should be planned.
Preparation of procurements and communication with suppliers
You are actively involved in projects and administrative issues, and you have close business contacts.
As an IT manager, you also provide IT support to the rest of the company in areas ranging from business development to production.
Plan, lead, distribute, monitor, and develop work in the IT department and management teams both operationally and strategically.
Follow-ups on profitability.
Responsible for ensuring that employee interviews with department employees are conducted once a year.
Create a training plan and conduct salary revision interviews if necessary.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
You currently hold a leadership position and are eager to advance to the position of IT manager.
Worked on IT strategic issues with an emphasis on support and service.
Processes, routines, and governing documents were created and refined.
Experience The budgeting procedure.
Have assisted with change management.
An architect's thinking is commendable.
Team player who sees the group as a whole and its potential.
Experience leading and distributing daily work on an operational level.

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
