Role of Operations Technician in Solna

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Operations Technician with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
As an operations technician, you will be assigned to one of two specialist teams and will be responsible for dealing with IT issues that arise in their case management system.


The team includes members who are based in Solna as well as in India. A dedicated Team Lead will assist you, as well as a Support and Service Manager who works closely with the teams.


Tasks include:
Analyze and manage cases involving, among other things:
Articles and selection
Payments and reservations



The supermarket's picking yard
In charge of following up on incidents and ensuring that they are resolved within the SLA.
Investigate root causes in order to reduce the number of cases.
Work with internal and external support via tickets, as well as suppliers.
Participate in team meetings by sharing information and new case types as they arise.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
University education or equivalent work experience with a relevant focus
Qualification if you have documented knowledge in E-commerce (business or IT system)
Previous experience working with IT operations
Incident and follow-up experience, as well as work in case management systems

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
