Role of Project Manager in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Project Manager with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
You will be expected to apply a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional project management principles and practises with an Agile development approach in the appropriate proportions to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects, as well as provide the right balance of agility and predictability.


Your primary success factors will be:
Mastery of complex facilitation and dependency management techniques (cross team, cross department)
Collaborate with peers and leaders in Product Management, Technology, and Design to accelerate our Delivery Transformation
Drives cross-team and departmental impediments, planning, collaboration, and coordination.
Understands domain architecture and targets in order to identify upstream/downstream dependencies and to assist the project in risk management.
Maintain regular and open communication with project stakeholders to ensure transparency and awareness of progress and impediments.
Ensures that teams/programs are well managed in terms of delivery controls/compliance to minimise operational/reputational risk;
Ensures that business and technical leaders maintain and communicate the vision and roadmaps;
Assists with economic decision-making by facilitating level of effort, cost estimations, and financial tracking.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
7 years or more of industry experience in Technology Delivery (software)
3 years or more of Agile experience
