We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a ST Technician ITPA with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
The topic of the assignment is Windows application operating techniques. The task necessitates technical knowledge of the Windows operating system as well as maintenance experience in a Windows server environment.


Working as an application operations technician entails dealing with end users, suppliers, and internal problem solving and troubleshooting in a variety of team configurations. The framework and processes of ITIL are used to guide all work.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
System technicians who specialise in "infrastructure systems," such as operating systems, network operating systems, server and client-related software, virtualization and clustering software, packaging, certification, and distribution, and middleware software, as well as system integration.
The Supplier must submit one (1) reference assignment for the offered consultant that demonstrates the consultant's competence / characteristics as a System Technician. If the project is still in progress, it must include clearly delivered parts.
The characteristics of the consultant and the attached reference assignment will be discussed during the interview. See section 3 Tender evaluation for more information on the interview.
The offered consultant must have a minimum of one year of experience in the following areas:
Working knowledge of Windows Server 2019
Work based on the ITIL framework and its guidelines
