ROP Specialist

We are a dedicated team that provide support to our clients both on-site and off-site. We invest in other startups within insurance, investment, and hedge funds, lead educational projects within management, pension finance, in addition to both Financial and Business control.
Our mission is to maximize our clients’ potentials through clear, simple, and efficient financial plans.
Currently we are in the process of creating new insurance and investment products that would cover both mortality and pensions.


About the position:
During 2020, we have gained the trust of new strategic partners within the insurance industry. We will be bringing ROP products to the Nordics and be the first exclusive partner to our partner-enterprise in the middle-east.
You will be responsible of creating clear processes and assist the project leader with creating the necessary calculation matrixes in order to achieve the desired KPI: s for both our company and our clients.
You will be together with the project leader the main contact person with our partner-enterprise in the middle-east and will set-up marketing plans, internal control and governance with insurance guidelines in coordination with a supporting team internally and externally in legal matters.


Required skills:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ROP (return on premium) products.
Established network within the insurance industry in the middle east to gain new partners. An established network with British reinsurance companies is merited.
Sales experience in insurance and pension products
Analyze and calculate insurance specified KPI: s
Ability to communicate with our partners in Kuwait
Speaks fluent Arabic.
Have knowledge of GAAP reporting to streamline results with our partners.
