Who we are

Over the course of the past five years we have grown to a business of over 900 Instaboxers united by a single purpose; providing the most uncomplicated shipping experience known to man. We want to change the industry and not only be a part of the future, but to drive development towards it. It should be easy to shop online and therefore we offer our customers a fast and smooth shipping service - all in order to make everyday life easier. We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes. We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business.

So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to Denmark and Norway & the Netherlands but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. We now seek a Route planner & analyst and hopefully, that is where you come in…..

What you will be doing

As a Route planner & analyst at instabox you will be a part of our growing overhead logistics team, directly reporting to our Head of Logistics Nordics. Your work will, from the very beginning, have a tangible impact on the way we operate. You will be responsible for planning and analysing routes to balance the routes quality and efficency. This means identifying efficiencies and take actions for continuously improving processes and tools.

Specifically, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Tracking & analyzing routes performance on a daily/weekly basis, running analysis, building reports/visualizations, and continuously recommending/taking actions to improve routes performance
- Secure that requirements are understood and delivered according to expectations
- Collaborate with stakeholders from production sites, collecting their feedback, effectively implementing & communicating changes
- Evaluate & improve current route planning tool, identifying and communicating key business requirements to product/tech team for system development with production/logistics & technical stakeholders
- Perform thorough data analysis supporting logistics work streams and provide insights, hypotheses, and conclusions based upon findings to improve operational/planning performance


About you

Requirements:

- A Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, or another quantitative field such as Physics or Mathematics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/G Suite package (Advanced level with Excel/Google Sheets)
- Problem-solving, structured, highly collaborative, and team-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Swedish, Danish, Norwegian is a plus


It would be extra awesome if you have:

- Experience using analytics tools & languages including SQL, Python as well as visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Data Studio or similar
- Experience from working in a planner/analyst role, preferably within operations/logistics
- Been part of a fast-moving company. Thriving in an environment where priorities, focus and fundamentals change rapidly, and keeping moving forward toward the goals
