Royalties Clerk with Swedish

Job Specification
Royalties associate will be responsible for royalties activities as per client processes and procedures ( e.g artist account and information, sales, adjustments and artist statements, copyright processing, etc.) and performing necessary checks prior to posting.He/She will be assisting in answering inquiries and supporting reporting and management processes as required.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client processes and procedures connected to royalties
- Responsible for creation, administration and control of clientés accounts (payments of royalties, reconciliations and balance statements)
- Prepare account statements and adjustments calculation for dedicated clients
- Proactively identify issues and escalate the same
- Ensure internal process controls are adhered to and ensure all trackers and other metrics are updated from time to time.
- Ensure process documents are up-to-date and version control is applied as appropriate.
- Ensure all customer/ client queries are responded & resolved within the stipulated Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Ensure all statutory records are maintained as per client's requirements.
- Identifying Areas of process improvements involving tangible benefits as defined by the organization

Requirements

- Customer orientation
- Experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting
- MS Office Package, Data Entry experience
- Fluent English and lower intermediate Swedish
