Russianspeaking Customer support to large International company The company is one of Europes leading supplier of solutions for telecommunication.Their products are among others, broadband, Cable TV, IP TV and traditional telephony.The mission for Customer Care International is to take care of customer requests regarding service, deliveries and invoicing. Work description: You will be working mostly with 1:st line support.All communication is in Russian or English.Some of your work assignments are: - Make a first analysis of customer errands and try to solve the problem - Delegate complicated errands to the technical responsible - Keep in contact with customers regarding errands, handle simple order, deliveries and invoice errands.- Be a part of testing and developing new products Work scope: Customer Care is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.You will be working in shifts.During the first 6 months you will be employed by Brain IT and then recruited to the company. Opportunities: There are great opportunities for a career in the company and you will be offered an introduction period with education and the introduction of the company's products. Competence: You must be able to speak and write fluently in Russian and English.A good overall technical knowledge is necessary and experience from some kind of service. Education: You are preferably in the beginning of your career, with some sort of technical educational background. Work experience: It's an advantage if you have some experience from customer care/support.
