SAAB Automobile AB is a world wide operating premium car manufacturer and is embedded in General Motors Europe organization.The Noise and Vibration department in Trollhättan expands its capabilities to the future demands and looks for: NVH Performance Leader You should hold expertise in NVH development for at least 5 years including project responsibility.In addition skills in project management is helpful.Within your new role you are responsible for the NVH performance of a complete vehicle starting at concept definition until start of production.You work closely with the development engineers in order to meet the NVH performance targets of the vehicle within all development phases. The position require a high level of theoretical background in the areas of acoustics, structural dynamics, mechanical and automotive engineering.You should hold a M.Sc.education or higher in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or engineering physics.In your new role you work closely with all General Motors development centers worldwide.Therefore, we value a team player with integrity who is flexible, motivated and adaptive with excellent communication skills.Good English skills in written and verbal are a prerequisite to communicate with our global partners.Basic knowledge of the German language is welcome.If you need further information do not hesitate to contact Christian Schönherr, Ph.d.
