SAAB Automobile AB is a world wide operating premium car manufacturer and is embedded in General Motors Europe organization.The GME Concept Integration department in Trollhättan is looking for a: Compartment Integration Design Engineer (CIDE) GME Concept Integration has responsibility for the total vehicle layout and the integration between systems and parts that create the typical functions and characteristics that our GME cars need to have.We are looking for a CIDE/Concept Engineer for Storage & Versatility with relevant experience to quickly get familiar with new tasks and see possibilities of best possible complete car solutions with customer usability in focus. As a CIDE your duties will be to define Storage & Versatility concept in the early project phase, surprisingly practical solutions with a smile factor.You will also evaluate Storage & Versatility solutions and actively make improvement proposals considering all engineering aspects. We are looking for a person with several years experience in engineering of Vehicle Interior Systems.You have a creative mindset and the best interest of the customer in focus.Excellent skills in UG (or Catia) is required and good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.You should also have good communication skill and good knowledge in speaking and writing English.The position is temporary 1,5 years.
