We in Business Transformation work at the intersection of Product Management and IT Delivery. We are a bunch of Product Owners and Product Managers implementing solutions to create value to our business users by delivering IT capabilities with the end customer in focus.
The team is part of the Service Assurance organization and promotes initiatives and sets demands towards technology and business stakeholders to ensure that Service Assurance organization can efficiently handle the production quality of existing and future services.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and understanding how those can be supported by the IT capability
Defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable and sustainable products
Developing the Program Vision, Roadmap and Features and maintaining and prioritizing the Features in the Program Level JIRA Board
Collaborating closely with Product Owners and other Product Managers, evaluating and coordinating requirements
Participation in planning and execution of Program Increments and System Demos, as well as facilitating Feature refinement and “Socialization” meetings

Is this you?
You have experience from working as a Product Manager, Product Owner or equivalent role with business stakeholders and development teams. You have worked closely with IT Operations or Service Desk and understand the importance of a structured and process centric workflow that requires support by great IT tools. Ideally you already have experience from working with ServiceNOW in the ITSM and CSM domains.
Your personal competencies:
You see the big picture and take broader considerations into account when creating and implementing on roadmaps and plans
You work constructively under pressure and when facing failure
You are great at cooperating and obtaining collaboration from others without regard to reporting relationships
You are a good listener; you seek first to understand and then to be understood

Your Experience:
Fluent English skills written and spoken (must have)
Previous experience supported by references with Product Ownership or alternatively Business Ownership for IT systems (must have)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience within IT (must have)
Experience of Scaled Agile Framework (must have)
Experience of working with ServiceNOW (preferred)
Experience of working closely to Customer Operations (nice to have)
