3 you are independent. it means you have your own judgement after sound consideration and a group discussion.
4 you have strong executive force. which means jobb should be planned and measures should be taken efficiently.
5 your personality is easygoing and social.

We need you,
1 have professional skill of office paket, you should use Excel to do statistics, PPT to do presentaton and Word. Other assosiated softwares can be plus.
2 can speak good English, Chinese and even Swedish.
3 plan to develop yourself within our group for a relative long time.
