Would you like to combine your sales and technical skills at a challenging workplace within the automotive industry? Then you may be the new Sales Account Manager we are looking for to introduce into an international arena.



As a Sales Account Manager at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors you will be working within the automotive industry, being the commercial interface to the customer you will deliver sales targets through discovering and meeting the needs of internal and external customers.



The right candidate will have to keep a strong financial track and needs to be a target oriented person with a clear vision and business approach. You need to have strong work ethics with strong business acumen.



Responsibilites:

- Targeted business planning and negotiation on change management.

- Develop product and program cost assumptions according to customer price strategy

- Follow up on commercial issues and ensure financial hurdle rates in customer quotes



Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor of Science within an Engineering field.
• You have 5-10 years' experience of dealing professionally with external or internal customers which gives you a good clients’ need awareness.
• Experience from the automotive industry and working culture is a necessity to understand the processes and the products (Preferably Volvo)
• To succeed as a Sales Account Manager you have excellent skills in communication and problem solving.
• As a person you have high integrity, you are entrepreneurial and you have a driven mind set to achieve goals.
• A driver's license is required as well as excellent English, both spoken and in writing. Additional languages are an advantage.
• You will be working in a highly international business arena which demands open mindedness and a good structured mind set.

Assignment: Starts initially as a consultant employment at Dfind Science & Engineering to eventually turn into a full recruitment by Yanfeng.
