Business and Volume Optimization, (BVO) is a department within Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service (MSS).

BVO is responsible for centrally monitoring, consolidating and pro-actively optimising the business and volume for cars and options as a supportive and innovative partner.

We ar now looking for a Sales Analyst

Job Summary: As a Sales analyst, you will be working closely with Sales analysis manager and BVO team to provide, full support to, BVO and MSS management team with a holistic view of volume related data; retail orders, retail deliveries, wholesales, production, and stocks. You will have opportunity to learn about different sales regions as well as major markets of VCC. You will also have opportunity to work with different organizations within VCC such as: MSS finance, Central finance and Public relation as well as with Premier Automotive Group (Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo) and Ford Motor Company.

Principal responsibilities:

Provide Sales analysis manager and BVO team weekly, monthly sales and forecast reports.
Give full support to Sales analysis manager and BVO team with volume data information when request.
Be proactive, provide sales and volume related information.
Responsible for Car Order / Car Pipeline Information (COCPIT) sales reports in terms of accuracy, quality of data and layout and be a representative for BVO toward COCPIT support.
Keep the BVO homepage up to date

Knowledge:

College graduate degree or equivalent with excellent Excel, Macro and VBA skill.

Key competencies and abilities:
Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and Power point.
Expert in creating Macro and VBA.
Ability to work with a numbers of requests in the same time.
Able to handle stress, able to handle many add-hoc (additional, unplan), immediate requests.
Enthusiastic, full service and support mine. Willing to deliver during time constrain and short notice.
Experience in using Hercules, COCPIT or VEGA are beneficial, if not,willing to learn immediately. Good communication skill, fluent in spoken and written English Team player Good sense of humor
