Sales and Customer Service Agent (evening shift)

We are now expanding our workforce and are looking for more stars who wish to work evening shifts during November and December in our sales and customer service team.

Working with customer service at IDEAL OF SWEDEN, you will provide service for our international customers.

The person we are looking for is service-minded, responsible, structured and flexible. You will be working towards high set goals so it is important that you don’t easily get stressed and always keep a positive attitude.

Main responsibilities

• Provide service for our international customers
• Customer service and sales via mail and live chat
• Handle complaints and returns

Requirements for the role

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Very good computer experience
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to express yourself in speech and writing in a good way
• Positive mindset and a professional approach

Other information
Employment type: Hourly employment. Evening shifts (17:00-01:00) 23/11-20/12 with good possibilities for extension.
