About the position
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your task would be to coordinate for relevant activities for the Sales & Marketing Team, some of which include the below:
Execution / processing of Purchase Orders which helps the organization to generate revenues and achieve its targets (Example: Creation of Sales Order, coordinating and communicating with customers for dispatches with support of the Supply Chain teams etc.)
Support Key Account Managers in internal coordination for Generic business’ customer queries (With relevant internal functions like : Supply Chain, QA, QC, RA, Finance and Production)
Planning / Supporting / Implementing processes which drive the Business and Customer support
Maintaining relevant databases & manage travel costs for the department, where relevant
Coordinate / participate in relevant team meetings
Be the general backup for the local Sales & Marketing department.
We believe that the right candidate has the following qualifications:
You are used to Supporting sales & marketing teams in processing purchasing orders and creating sales orders
You have been responsible for various digital systems as a superuser
You are used to ensuring that communication works internally with various cross functional teams like Finance / Supply Chain / Sales etc., as well as externally with costumers
Project management skills
Experience in setting up or supporting best practices / systems within the organization to drive better customer service
You are used to working with day to day sales administration
You are used to working in MS Office
Knowledge of AX Dynamics (merited)
Experience of working as Sales & Marketing Coordinator (or similar roles) in the Pharmaceutical or Chemicals industry.
Education in Chemistry / Life Sciences would be an advantage.
Working for a multi-national company and with English-speaking customers and manager, the job requires the candidate to be proficient in English (both speaking and writing) and Swedish.
Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment with understanding and respect for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
A person with the drive / liking to implement process changes with help of relevant IT tools.
Accurate, analytical and service minded approach
Ability to be a team player who is dynamic and result oriented and provides relevant information to enable others to work efficiently.
