MBP Group is looking for a new colleague in Stockholm, Sweden, for a growing business in the biofuel and recycling industry.MBP is cooperating with a number of large and middle sized customers, energy and production companies, to replace fossil fuels with biological fuels.Sales in Sweden has been increasing steadily since 1999 and MBP therefore wants to secure continuous growth through the employment of a Sales and Office Manager for Biofuel and Recycling Responsibilities: . Sales strategy - evaluate and prioritize sales activities.. Contract Management of Key Accounts - in close cooperation with the MBP Business Units.. Responsibility for sales of MBP's by-product streams in Sweden.. Responsibility for Stockholm office..Employment and management of required personnel (as part of a matrix organization) . Business development activities in Scandinavia.. Further development of the Swedish market potential.We are looking for a person with the following characteristics: .Either engineer/technically educated with flair for management and sales, or business background with flair for technical subjects.. Experience from the energy sector or oil industry or experience with management of by-products.. Experience with negotiations of complex contracts on an executive level.. Management experience preferred.. Communication skills; Flair for communication with decision makers as well as operational staff.. Languages; Swedish and English at negotiation level.Other European languages are an asset.. Flair for planning, coordination, flexibility and follow up..Strong communication skills..Good IT skills.. Ability to operate in an ever changing business environment..A good sense of humour.The work will be conducted in close co-operation with MBP colleagues in Sales, Procurement, Production, and Logistics in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland.MBP recycles by-products from the food industry, which we market and sell for biofuel, animal feed, fertilizer and composting and technical use.MBP is characterized by strong growth, because we offer unique, value adding services and competitive, environmentally friendly products to our customers.We work in a matrix organization and we are motivated and dynamic.The job environment is characterized by focus on discipline in data and agreements.Challenges are greeted; we actively share knowledge and work in teams and work actively with development as well as with implementation.Please refer to our website: www.mbpgroup.eu for more details.
