Sales & Applications Leader - Ultrasound

Role Summary/Purpose:

We are looking for a new Sales & Applications leader - Ultrasound to cover the Nordic Region. Reporting directly to the Europe Business Manager for Automated Breast Ultrasound, this key role will plan, coordinate and manage execution of the commercial and clinical strategy across the Nordics with main focus on selling, developing and building up the GI new market in Sweden hereunder Invenia ABUS, Urology and Gastro.

Essential Responsibilities:

Sales & applications main priority
Plan, coordinate, develop & execute business strategy / GTM-plans across Nordic for Invenia ABUS segment & for new market in general imaging Sweden
Stream line & Separate direct and indirect distribution locally and following rules and regulation respectively
Leverage market research to strengthen our understanding of the different market dynamics to identify market and adjacent opportunities. Consolidate & develop qualitative + quantitative insights about customers across various care areas and countries.
Product knowledge: Support advanced applications and product demonstrations to key customers.
Organize trainings for the sales and application teams to ensure they are capable to demonstrate and promote the benefits of our products.
Proactively and actively support ?and often lead/coordinate- key events such as congresses, educational seminars/courses, NPI launches, Campaigns, etc, while ensuring marketing consistency.
Help, Maintain, build and support a strong base of Nordics Luminaries across all countries.
Active role in defining and driving internal field training initiatives, external trainings to customers, being able to perform clinical speeches and to indirect distribution partners.
Work comfortably in intercultural teams and establish & perform clinical communication channels for sales and application people. Deploy application tools, training delivery and education materials
Analyze and monitor and drive key marketing and sales metrics (Estimate, Pricing & sales margin) and develop/execute specific actions where needed to improve performance. Be actively involved in the Forecasting process and communicate PSI needs to the General Manager Nordic Ultrasound and the European Segment Leader

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor Degree within relevant area
Sales skills and strong results-orientation, commercial acumen and customer centric mindset
Excellent planning, presentation and communication skills on all organizational levels
Experiences in strategy planning and execution
Experience from heatlthcare industry or ultrasound in general and/or in Breast Ultrasound or in breast imaging specific.
Understanding of IT workflow and connectivity for Healthcare industry
Established relationships with key accounts
Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
Valid Drivers license
EU working permit.
