About you:
You have a few years of experience from a role in accounting but like to develop your career in another direction than continue to specialize in accounting.
We appreciate if you have experience from customer support or sales.

You like to develop into a role with some accounting but where you support our sales department and have a lot of daily contacts with your collegues, our customers and our international head office.
Flawless customer service is second nature to you, to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

About the job:
You will assist our Sales Executives in the sales process administration such as billing, import customer information, manage leads, register test drives etc.
Organizing Bentley Stockholm's day to day correspondence, supplies and services.
You will work from our Showroom and will often be the first person to greet our customers.
You are organised and follow agreed processes to ensure all administration and dealership systems are kept up to date.

Requirements:
You are fluent in Swedish and English both in speech and writing.
You have drivers license.
You live in Stockholm today and like to work full time on site.
