We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a: Sales Controller Sweden Universum Sweden consists of a team of seven people working in sales and marketing.As we are rapidly expanding, both with new clients and new products we are strengthening our local sales team with a sales controller.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Your role is to support and assist the sales team when it comes to sales reporting and planning.In your day-to-day work you will work closely with the sales department organising client relations, registering sales in our CRM system and enhancing the daily work both for our sales personnel and finance department.You will also assist the finance department with other administrative matters related to your market, such as invoice handling, product registrations etc.As part of our Nordic network, you will find yourself in an international atmosphere working with colleagues, projects and clients from several countries.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Proficiency in English and Swedish, additional language skills are a merit.- Experience of developing and executing your own projects.- Experience of sales controlling and basic accounting.PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Positive team player who is comfortable in a dynamic environment - High performer who takes initiative - Target driven and solutions-orientated.- Commercially astute and market driven.Grow with Universum Universum is a dynamic organisation that is growing fast.There is excellent growth potential within the organisation for successful candidates.
