THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Sales Controller you will be responsible for the support of commercial development in Sweden. The portfolio is including snus/nicotine containing products on! and Al Capone as well as cigarillo brands MOODS, Al Capone and Ritmeester.

You will collect and analyse data and make proposals to support the Sales Manager in taking decisions and direct resources to profitable actions. In addition, you will act as a coordinator and facilitate the field sales team´s activities to maximize their performance and a long-lasting development of the company. You will also be the point of contact for both colleagues and customers an provide them with relevant information and feedback.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, follow-up and report sales cycle targets and monitor KPI´s per sales region, such as turnover, distribution, market share.
• Improve efficiency creating and implementing weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis, reports and proposals, based on business needs.
• Keep relevant external and internal data information flow, updated, aligned and executed in daily business, such as SIS, QlikView and SMD Logistics.
• Support in operational tasks related to the business e.g. budget planning, actual performance controlling, forecasting and reporting.

Other Responsibilities:

• Update SIS customer data daily and keep SIS in line with sales cycle related KPI´s and relevant information.
• System owner for SIS and QlikView.
• Responsible for internal training in SIS and QlikView and maintain user guides.
• Create Ad-hoc reports when needed and assist management and Sales Force in other tasks related to the business.

 

 

THE JOB IN BRIEF

Your base will be our office in Limhamn, though travelling (around 20%) within Sweden and occasional travel within Europe for intercompany trainings and meetings is part of the role. You will report to the Sales Manager.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you – with a good understanding of business and experience from working within sales, marketing or other related commercial positions. It is considered a merit if you have been working with FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) in Sweden. It is an advantage if you have a related post-secondary education within sales, marketing or similar.

To succeed in this position, you need to have good administrative and computer skills (e.g MS Office). It is an advantage if you have experience from working with CRM and/or SIS, and QlikView or other sales related reporting tools. In this position, it is key to successfully build and manage relationships as well as share knowledge and information with internal and external stakeholders. To support others in the pursuit of team goals will be important. Therefore, you need to communicate clear, effective, structured, and fluently in Swedish and English (orally and written).

You have the ability to work both on a strategic and operational level. As a person, you are goal-oriented and take responsibility for the business and its result. You have the ability to analyse complex issues and problems and make rational judgments. Since you will build and manage relationship with stakeholders in a dynamic environment, it is key to maintain a good understanding of the organization and its structures to effectively get things done and keep it simple.
