Tvins Scandinavia is the major DRTV actor in the Nordic market, utilizing TV and digital media to engage the viewer and demonstrate its unique products. Tvins' customers can buy through direct, its own stores and major retail partners. Tvins is part of Thane Group, a worldwide leader in DRTV.
Tvins is increasing its retail presence and is looking for a
Sales Coordinator
Company: TVNS Scandinavia AB (TVINS)
Title: Sales Coordinator
Place: Tvins Head office in Malmö
Reports to: Commercial Director
Required skills:
(i) University degree or equivalent other education. 2-3 years of relevant working experience
(ii) Good administrative skills (accurate and structured)
(iii) Good English and Swedish, additional Scandinavian/Nordic language is a plus.
(iv) You are naturally sales oriented and used to working closely with customers and colleagues.
Employment % : Full time (100%)
Responsibility:
1) To maintain and develop Tvins' B2B customer relations. This includes travelling.
2) To assist the B2B Nordic Sales Director in new customer recruitment. This includes travelling.
3) Media scheduling. To make sure that the right show is aired on the right channel at the right time and delivered within deadline.
4) To make sure that correct sales reports are completed and delivered within the deadlines
5) To make sure deliveries to Tvins' B2B customers leave the warehouse at the right time according to the schedule.
