Position Sales Coordinator Export
Company
This company is a family business based on the old Dutch business tradition. In 1942 a tinware factory was founded which grew in well-organised steps to its present size with more than 400 employees. This company develops, manufactures and distributes products for sanitary ware, heating and climate control installations; pipe fixings in particular.
Overall purpose of the job
Works in the Sales Department and is subordinated to the Sales Manager. Liaison with customers, suppliers internal departments etc. Realization of the sales targets (together with the Sales Manager) for his /her allocated countries.
Main Tasks
.Sets up, together with the Sales Manager, a sales budget for his/her allocated countries. Beside it, the sales coordinator export monitors the sales plan and executes this plan;
.Sells products by a written market approach and by an active sales by telephone;
.Observes sales signals and reacts on this by means of actions and passes it on;
.Takes orders and execute them;
.Processes offers and acts upon them;
Requirements
Knowledge and skills:
.Higher Education level
.Perfect knowledge of the English and Swedish language
.Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and can deal with Internet;
.Knowledge of technical subjects of the products and how to use them is a pre;
.Excellent communication and negotiation skills
.Sense of responsibility;
.Team player;
