Universum is an impatient company.You will learn more in one year here than you will in several years in other organisations.If you are ready to increase your share of responsibilities and challenges at a rapid pace, we have the career for you.Did we mention that we are the global leaders in the fast- growing Employer Branding industry?We'll tell you more about it when we meet!We are impatiently expanding and are now recruiting for a: Sales Coordinator Finland Universum Finland consists of a team of four people working in sales and marketing.As we are rapidly expanding, both with new clients and new products we are strengthening our local sales team with a sales coordinator.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Your role is to support and assist the sales team in their daily activities towards some of the biggest and most interesting companies in Finland.In your day-to-day work you will work closely with the sales department organising client relations, including preparing presentation material, scheduling meetings and developing proposals.You will also assist the head office in Stockholm with administrative matters such as invoice handling and contacts with the local salary bureau.As part of our Nordic network, you will find yourself in an international atmosphere working with colleagues, projects and clients from several countries.PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Proficiency in English, Swedish and Finnish, additional language skills are a merit.- Experience of developing and executing your own projects.PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Positive team player who is comfortable in a dynamic environment - High performer who takes initiative - Target driven and solutions-orientated.- Commercially astute and market driven.Grow with Universum Universum is a dynamic organisation that is growing fast.There is excellent growth potential within the organisation for successful candidates.
