On behalf of our customer, Swedish Match, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their Danish sales department.

As a joint member of the Danish sales department within Swedish Match, you will become a central part of a younger, dynamic team. Our great social environment is key, and we network and help each other on a daily basis.

You coordinate orders and improve sales processes

In our culture, it is essential to work as one team with one direction. As part of our sales department in Copenhagen, you will support your team members by coordinating and optimizing the processes regarding our sales activities.

You will collaborate closely with 14 co-workers – primarily with the Field Sales Manager and our field sales representatives, whom you will be assisting daily.

Your tasks include:
Coordination of orders and supporting our sales representatives and wholesalers.
Performance reporting, inventory status and sales results.
Engaging in process optimization within sales.
Coordination of trade fairs and logistical tasks.
Contributing to the development of our sales activities.
Driven sales coordinator with an innovative mindset

Great communication skills and a proactive working approach are two of your most apparent traits. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where spontaneous tasks can end on your desk – and you have a talent for juggling multiple projects and tasks at once.

Din profil
Moreover, we would like you to:

Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree within sales and administration or equivalent.
Have a keen interest in customer service, coordination, sales, team building, and process optimization.
Have experience working with costumer service – if so, you can also be newly graduated.
Have experience working with MS Office.
Have some knowledge of CRM systems – it is a plus, but not mandatory.
Be fluent in Danish and English written and spoken.
