Role Description

The Sales Development Rep is responsible for building an outbound pipeline in various regions of the world for our customer experience and employee engagement tools. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of continuously generating new opportunities for the Account Managers to pursue. This role is ideal for a hardworking, reliable and well-organised candidate with a can-do attitude.

Skills

- Ability to build an outbound pipeline.
- Ability to innovate proactively to find new opportunities in new ways.
- Self-motivated but also able to work within a team.
- Personable and well-presented over the phone and via email.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English. Additional languages are not required but would be a bonus.


Experience

- Working in a small organisation.
- Working in an office environment.
- Experience of using a CRM to systematically manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience of B2B technology sales development to a wide range of verticals.
