As a Sales Development Representative you are an essential part of our global scale-up.

Areas of responsibility:

- Prospect new customers, identify key people and qualify leads to book appointments for our Account Executives.
- Contact and create relationships with potential customers through different channels, for example via phone, email and social media
- Lay the foundation for our business and always be curious to understand your customers' challenges
- Work towards set clear goals together with your colleagues

Your team and manager 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

In this role you’ll be joining the office in Norway, reporting to the Sales Manager, but have a close collaboration with a teamlead, who himself has had a successful sales journey with Winningtemp. You closest team is working in Oslo, but you will have colleagues at all of our offices in different countries. The team consists of Account Managers and more Sales Development Representatives are on their way to build a strong team together!
