Sales Development Representative to Alva Labs
Let us tell you a little story. There once was a girl that moved to Sweden from Pakistan. She had a great education, but no work experience from the Swedish market. She started applying for jobs, got rejected, applied for more jobs, got more rejections, and that was how the terrible pingpong game continued for quite some time. She was given advice such as “change your last name”, you will never get in with a foreign name. After months and months of this, she found a company that hired through objective methods. Psychometric tests to be exact. For the first time, she got the same opportunity as all the other candidates to show what she could provide the organization. She got the job. And guess what? The company
Alva Labs offers a SaaS solution that is helping global companies grow their team in a scientific way. Alva has created a unique candidate assessment platform that helps companies build their organizations with the right people in the right place. By combining state-of-the-art psychometrics, data science, and an obsession with candidate experience, it provides the needed tool for data-driven talent acquisition.

We are growing 2-3x per year and are in the exciting phase to launch Alva in new markets. Currently, we are focusing a lot on making Product Lead Growth and international expansion into new markets.

The role
Our sales team is a well-oiled machine, where you will work closely with other SDRs and Account Executives. You will be responsible for the initial part of the funnel making sure to book qualified meetings to ensure a strong pipeline. By using the right tech stack, it will be easy to identify the right prospects and get in touch with them using best practices and the latest technology.

You
We don’t necessarily care that much about what you have done before. Maybe have worked in sales before, maybe you haven’t. One of our current superstars came from a support role within recruitment, and she is loving what she is doing :). So to be super transparent, if you are the right person (because that we care a lot about), we can help you reach your full potential on site. There is enough structure and collegial support to go around! We do believe you cross of some of these characteristics:

- Genuinely enjoy handling stakeholders of all sorts
- Structured
- Communicative
- Goal-oriented (some would call it stubbornness, we just used the fancy CV appropriate term)
- You are comfortable with English, and speak either Finnish or Norweigan (or both 😍)


Weird senses of humor are also always welcomed, but more of a nice-to-have :)

We are a team of 50 people, representing 16 different nationalities and a wide selection of professional backgrounds.
