Sales director / Försäljningsdirektör

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive the sales strategy for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for long-term strategic planning, sales performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop long-term strategic sales plans and set annual sales targets for the sales team.
Monitor and ensure the effective execution of the sales strategy to achieve performance goals.
Build and manage high-performing sales teams, ensuring clear roles, efficiency, and strong results.
Develop marketing strategies to support sales objectives and enhance brand influence.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate sales, service, and marketing teams with other departments (e.g., product, technology, finance) to align company goals.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in sales, service, and marketing processes to ensure stable and sustainable growth.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a Sales Director or similar senior leadership role.
Strong strategic planning and team leadership skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales & marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales management.
Familiarity with Swedish market dynamics and sales regulations.
