Contents of Work As Sales Executive, Construction you will be responsible for the development and profitable growth of our customer's PLM business within the Nordic construction business area. You will participate in the strategic planning of our PLM business within construction area and be responsible for implementing the strategy within the Nordic market. You will work closely with experts and suppliers to build up a solution portfolio that will bring strong and proven value for our customers. The work will include penetrating the market, identifying the prospects, building a pipeline and closing sales deals. You will negotiate with high level management and build long term partnerships with our customers. Background and Competence You probably have a Masters Degree in Engineering or similar and have at least 5 years experience from construction business and sales. You also have IT experience from development within the construction industry or similar. You have a wide contact network within construction business area and understand the key challenges in that industry and how BIM solutions can support our customers to improve their business. As Sales Executive for a new business area you are expected to show strong business driven approach and the capacity of developing and implementing strategic business plans. Good communication and team motivation skills are required as well as excellent language skills in Swedish and English. Finnish is an advantage since you will be covering even the Finnish market. Location You will be based in Kista, Stockholm. The co-operation in Nordic organization and the customer base require frequent travelling.
