Our client, an international packaging manufacturer based in Lund, is looking to add a Sales Executive/Manager to their team!This newly created position will focus on marketing products and services to customers within Germany, Poland, Russia, and France. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Grow sales within defined market segment with a strong focus on margin management * Identify and create a strong prospect list * Build relationships with existing and potential clients via personal visits (weekly international travel required) * Support and maintain administrative control and follow-up on the business with regards to visit reporting, order book, business terms and closely tracking over dues or business failures * Maintain records of orders, quotations, and correspondence * Liaise closely with the business development team and recommending actions and follow-up with customer site visits when required * Keep up to date with new product developments REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES: * 3-10 years of international sales experience * Previous experience in project & account management, relationship building and acquisition of new customer accounts * Must have experience in the packaging, food, beverage, and/or medical manufacturing industry * Fluent in English AND German * Results oriented with strong communication skills * Self-motivated * Strong business acumen and strong negotiation skills with a proven track record to deliver profitability
