For permanent recruitment to our customer, Norfolkline, we are now looking for a Sales Manager. The Norfolkline Scandinavia Division is a trailer door-door operator. The Division operates in Sweden, the UK, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and Norway and employs approximately 160 people. The Scandinavian Division is a part of the Norfolkline Group, a company within the A.P. Møller - Maersk Group. The successful candidate is to drive and develop the sales organization within Scandinavia. The position reports directly to the Division director and is a part of the Division's management team. The position is based in Göteborg. A successful track record at a similar level within a transportation or a logistic company is preferred and good knowledge of the Scandinavian transport market is required. You will head a team of 8-10 employees which requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills. To further fit in this position you are used to work in an entrepreneurial environment and able to meet or exceed sales targets. Fluent English and good computer skills are of course expected.
