För kunds räkning sökes: Sales Manager, Sweden, Norway & Denmark International Biopharmaceutical Group We are seeking Established in Northern Europe since several years, Octapharma Nordic AB is now seeking a Field Sales Manager to head a team of experienced, national Key Account Managers (KAMs). The manager will report to the company s top management located in Stockholm. The Job With a "hands-on" approach, the new manager will together with the KAM team implement sales and promotion strategies to build and expand Octapharma s business in all assigned markets. Product and marketing training will be provided. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have particular experience in the area of hospital market promotion, the international pharma or biopharma product business, and knowledge of medical opinion leaders, tenders and medical/reimbursement systems. He or she will have a relevant scientific/biologic plus preferably a business education. We put special emphasis on: Proven business and innovative promotion skills Sales, market share and result orientation Ideas and enthusiasm to get things done swiftly Advanced communication and presentation skills A well structured business conduct Strong and proven leadership orientation Candidates should have a Scandinavian mother tongue and good knowledge of English while other languages will be an additional asset.
