We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to Building Solutions – mid & north Sweden. Building Solutions is one of our strategic growth areas and to further drive profitability, and we are now looking for a successor in the role who will grow our business. The position reports to the Sales Director, Northern Europe – Building Solutions. You would be located preferrably at our Stockholm office, but any other Stora Enso office location in the region or remote working are also possible. This position requires travelling.

About the position
In this role you have a direct sales responsibility for Sweden. You will seek new opportunities and customers in order to sell Mass Timber components (made of CLT/LVL) for residential or non-residential buildings. You will close deals and manage it from offer creation to order signature. As we want to develop a full ecosystem of customers, we rely on your account management skills and ability to negotiate terms & conditions with different companies like installation companies, main contractors or industrial integrators.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person with a curious attitude that wants to develop. We believe you are self-driven and result oriented. As you collaborate with internal stakeholders, you are a team player with good communications skills. Willingness to travel regularly as well as fluency in Swedish & good business English is required.
Skills and qualifications needed in the role:
Several years of working experience from a commercial role within the building/construction industry with excellent understanding of the Swedish construction market.
Hands-on experience, with good negotiation skills and a solution driven attitude with ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Understanding and experience of working with architects, designers, engineers and property developers
Ability to follow structured processes (Offer to Cash processes)


Additional skills and qualifications beneficial in this role:
Knowledge in engineered wood products.
