We look for a person that can join us in the journey to drive, develop and execute the projects to satisfy the deliveries to the customer.
Description of the work
The sales manager will seek potential customers and engage in exploring possible applications that SHT Graphene product will make a difference for the customer’s application. The main tasks for the sales manager to find customers, engage customers, close sales deals with customers and manage customer relationships. The sales manager will be fully responsible to create sales plans, strategies, customer visits, pricing, creating quotes and marketing. The candidate will be able to explore wide areas of sales discipline.
Responsibilities:
Build up customer relationship and create strong customer network
Develop sales strategies and implement and drive sales to reach sales target.
Manage customers and be the internal link to convey customer’s demand
Participate in fairs, exhibitions and visit potential customers

Qualifications:
· Sales experience for at least 3 years
· Experience in technical fields is a plus
· Want to explore new opportunities and new challenges
· Self motivator and can work in unexplored environments

Excellent sales skills
Strong in negotiation and ability to create win-win
Target oriented approach, good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
Team player and self-starter with a strong drive
