Sensys Traffic AB The demands of our customers with regard to technical expertise, quality and service area matter of course.With more than 20 years' experience, Sensys provides a complete set of products for traffic information and safety.Sensys has installed more than 2,000 traffic enforcement systems worldwide.In addition to our advanced technology products, Sensys builds its business on mutual respect and trust for each customer.Our strategy when entering a new market is to have a high-tech local partner with superb service capability and history.We establish a relationship to understand the needs, activities and plans for the future - and then focus on solving the task.To work for Sensys The main goal of our products is to save lives and public resources.Our systems reduce the number of fatalities, injuries, pollution, congestion and human suffering related to road traffic.At the same time you will make a valuable contribution to society through working with hightech products in contact with international customers spread over five continents.Mission at work As part of our international sales team you will be working with high-tech products.You will be responsible for developing our activities and to drive sales revenues in Europe for Sensys' entire products and services offering.You will significantly develop our business in this region by addressing the key players on the market through different sales channels, such as distributors, agents and partners.Main responsibilities - Define and implement sales action plan for targeted customers in order to drive and significantly increase sales revenues and to develop Sensys' penetration and image in the territory.- Assume full responsibility of sales achievements and sales follow-up for the targeted customers.- Identify, qualify, recruit, develop and manage distributors and partners to ensure maximum market penetration.- Develop sustainable relationships with distributors, partners and government agencies to convey support and confidence with regard to the company's capabilities.- Direct sales forecasting activities of channel partners and set performance goals accordingly.- Make accurate and timely pipeline forecasts for achieving assigned quota on a monthly and year-to-date basis and in accordance with established policies and procedures.- Resolve customer concerns and issues to maintain good working relations.- Monitor current and emerging market trends, channel segments and competitive strategies in sales areas to effectively identify and develop new business.- Perform demonstrations of the equipment.- Assist at exhibitions representing Sensys.
