We are looking for a Sales Manager with “can-do” attitude and fresh way of thinking. In this role you will be part of Grids & Power Quality Solutions where you will be leading a great senior team of 5 people full of drive. Together you will take part of an exciting journey with interesting challenges & opportunities along the way. Right now, there is a big transition in the energy landscape where technology and climate change are big drivers. At the same time Hitachi ABB Power Grids is transforming with the market and driving new business models, therefore as a manger you need to be able to drive change management but at the same time deliver on you KPI:s of today. Our clients are based in Sweden but also abroad, therefore you will have a diverse work task but also need to be able to understand how we deliver value to a wide range of clients and segments.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for building and maintaining consistent and long-lasting relationships throughout the business and with our customers.
You will own the sales process and need to drive the team through our Gate model connected with Capture Team selling and Target pricing
Implement the Global Division strategy in the Country and ensure business development and sales growth in the domestic market. Provide input to Global Division and Business Unit strategies.
Accountability of the Operating Unit Orders Received and with margin requirement +Sales and Cost Budget responsibility
Ensure profitable growth in the country by maximizing geographic coverage, channel penetration, as well as key growth segments (Utilities, Industry, Datacenters, Transport and Renewables).
Customer engagement. Implement customer-focused collaboration, raise awareness and ensure appropriate action towards market opportunities in conjunction with the Global, Regional Marketing & Sales function and the Group Account Management organization.
Prepare and regularly update Strategic growth plans, Monthly sales reviews with forecasting.
Drive Marketing and Sales in the domestic market and Export credit financed export projects. Drive sales efficiency and effectiveness locally. Ensure balanced growth through Product Group and Segments. Create demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value based selling approach.

Your background
You are a driven and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and create tight long-lasting relationships.
You preferably hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar.
Proven experience in engineering and experience from key customer segments i.e Utilities, Industry, Transport or Renewables.
Leadership and change management experience, ability to solve problems and think outside the box to achieve the best results.
Knowledge of sales metrics.
You are organized and able to work to deadlines and within different processes.
Superior knowledge in Swedish and English is required, both written and spoken.
It is a merit if you know and is used to be working in SalesForce.
It is a merit also if you have a background or knows how to work with partnering and or partnership selling.
