As our Sales Manager Indirect Sales, for HVAC and Building Automation, you will play an important part in our continued growth outside Sweden and directly contribute to our continued success. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and business-oriented person to support and manage our HVAC & Building Automation business. The position is based in our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden, and reports directly to our Business Area Manager for HVAC and Building Automation.

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate and experienced about sales, driven by the challenge of finding new customers and creating business in an international context. Your most important role is to identifying wholesalers and distributors globally.

The position includes travel, mainly within Europe and USA. In the long run, travel to the Middle east and Asia may also become relevant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute sales activities within his/her focus area
• Achieve his/her quarterly and annual sales targets
• Represent LumenRadio during customer visits, digital events, and trade shows/exhibitions
• Adhere to legal aspects of the sales process (NDA, Trial License Agreement, Software License Agreement, etc.)
• Provide input for sales reporting
• Support our marketing and communication by providing and creating digital content
• Contribute with market intelligence and customer feedback for improving our sales strategy and product roadmaps
• Supporting reporting manager by proactively communicating opportunities for personal development, training needs and other areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to have good business sense, experience within sales B2B and a desire to help and educate customers in our products.
For this position, it would be desirable if you had:

• Experience from working for a tech organization
• Experience and understanding of working with distributors in an international context
• Previous experience of the HVAC or Building Automation industry
• Having worked with technical sales or if you have worked as a customer-facing applications engineer or as a technical project manager

MAIN TASKS BRIEFLY

• Identifying wholesalers and distributors globally
• Customer outreach (e.g., cold calling) and communication
• Visiting wholesalers/distributors/customers and trade shows/exhibitions
• Support wholesalers/distributors/customers in their sales process (attend seminars eg)
• Support wholesalers/distributors/customers with marketing material
• Creating, sending, and following up commercial offers and quotations
